Christophe and Virginie, both from the southwest of France, have been working here since 2014 to provide you with moments of sharing and relaxation.

Christophe has worked with some great chefs, including Christian Constant, Jean-Marie Gautier and Antoine Westermann, who gave him a taste for quality work.

Passionate and rigorous, he pays special attention to the quality and seasonality of his products, to precise cooking and delicate combinations.

His curiosity and sensitivity subtly enrich his work.
